I got laid off and Ace Homes prevented a foreclosure in our name
During Covid I got laid off of work and we were about to go into foreclosure and they prevented that. We agreed on a fair price, they gave us 30 days to be able to move out because we needed it and helped us so much.
I had a property in Mount Juliet that I inherited. It needed work after my mother passed away. I tried to sell it with an agent because they said I could get 250,000 for it, but then it didn’t sell because the inspection period they wanted me to fix all kinds of things and I did not want to do that.
